Mint-Cool tastes and is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties, which makes it beneficial for treating digestive issues such as indigestion, bloating, and nausea. It is also known to improve brain function and reduce stress and anxiety.
Yarrow-Yarrow is rich in flavonoids, alkaloids, and volatile oils, which give it its medicinal properties. It is known to have anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, and analgesic effects and may be useful in treating indigestion.

Preparation
Scoop 1 to 3 tablespoons of dried herbs into a tea strainer placed in your teapot or mug. Heat water until it just comes to a boil. Pour hot water over herbs to submerge them and cover to help hold in any volatile oils. Steep for 15 minutes to 1 hour and strain.
Storage
Store herbs in a cool dark place
